Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping rates:
• Orders under $200 weighing up to 3 lb: $8
• Orders under $200 weighing more than 3 lb: $15.95
• Orders of $200 or more: Free shipping
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Nikkelux is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Returns and Cancellations
As a small business offering carefully curated merchandise, Nikkelux does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review the product description, measurements, photographs, condition information, and other listing details carefully before purchasing.
Preowned items may show signs of previous use. Any notable wear or imperfections identified during our inspection will be described or shown in the individual listing.
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
